RTT60 combines retatrutide and tirzepatide at a defined nominal mass ratio, intended for controlled in-vitro comparison, analytical characterisation and component-compatibility workflows.
Because both components are 39-residue peptides whose molecular weights differ by only around 82 g/mol — 4731.0 versus 4813.0 g/mol — separation places particular demands on chromatographic resolution; closely spaced retention times are resolved by a correspondingly optimised RP-HPLC method, while high-resolution mass spectrometry reliably distinguishes the small mass difference.
